Local Sports Talk Radio

Anyone enjoy listening the local sports talk radio? Really enjoy the station here as they don't bang sports 24/7. Must admit though when you have a local team with high expectations struggling the callers make it virtually impossible to listen. Find myself getting more annoyed the longer I listen.

I like local talk radio but see your point.

Is it 24/7 of bashing Vikings, Favre, Childress?

Childress has been 24/7 bashing since he has been hired. Even last year got zero credit for taking team to NFC title game. Favre pretty much gets free pass although starting to change.

Heard one call today and it involved someone saying defensive PI should have been called on Harvin out of bounds catch.

In regards to Twins you would think Gardenhire worst coach in MLB, last year after Yankees series Nathan was an overrated closer who was a bum. Could go on forever. Guess in the end doesn't help living in Losertown USA.

Dang Gardenhire is one of the best in the game. Yanks just have his number.

Not a big fan of Childress myself

me neither on Childress. Arrogant and his offense is boring as hell. Have had Moss for 3 weeks and have yet to get him involved in 1st half.

at beginning of season thought he had no chance of getting fired starting to think if they don't make playoffs Frazier will be head coach next season.

To be fair to Childress, he's pretty much in a no win situation in minnesota

Ups Childress made his own bed. Started off being arrogant about Jackson handing him the job in his second season in the league when he showed he was light years away from being productive NFL QB. Then forced himself into having to beg Favre to come here so he could get contract extension.

Imagine SD would be tough to listen to callers as well right now.
