Longhorn Channel

Was surprised to see that it was ESPN that they partnered with to form their TV channel. Is this just going to be a regional channel like the B10 & SEC networks?

Seems like it will just be a matter of time before they elect to become an independent in football. With this type of money and access I think it will help them a bunch.

ESPN, Texas form all Longhorn channel - Big 12 Blog - ESPN

Curious to see how long before they ditch the academic and cultural events being televised
