Looking for a Digital Camera

Nothing professional, just something to snap some decent pics with.
Been looking at the specs and reviews on the Canon SD450 - a bit pricey, but seems like a good one.
I'll mostly be taking pics of stills - not a lot of action shots.
Any thoughts or suggestions?

Bob.. I heard a lot of good things about the Canon A620

Its a 7.1 Megapixel with a 4X optical zoom.

Mostly indoor or outdoor? I have a Kodak easy share, it's a 5.0 megapixel and it kicks ass for the average person taking pics. It is not the greatest taking pictures like at concerts where it is dark, but any other time it's great. I have take over 8000 pics with it. It'[s small enough that it can fit in your pocket. I think you can get it for around 200 now. I paid high 2's about 6months ago...

Thanks guys. Probably both indoor and outdoor - but likely more outdoor natural light shots.
Terps - I've been looking at the A620 also. Been seriously comparing it to the SD450. I don't know that I need 7mps as my prints would likely only be 4x6s; and I've heard the difference between 5mps and 7mps at that size is negligable. - Is that true? Or is there really a difference?

I'm really interested in rechargable batteries with long life. - Looks like thats what is putting the SD450 over the A620 at this point. Maybe the resolution will change my mind....
