customer service is 100 times better at bet jamaica, unless you are a whale.

for recreational player, while I really like cris, they really aren't even close to betjm when it comes to courteous, prompt answers to your questions or concerns. I have had excellent service with each when it comes to payouts,
but have never had an email go unanswered for 15 minutes with betjm, while it has taken over 12 hours to get a response from cris on occasion.
