Question Mahi Mahi

I love this stuff

Anyone have any good recipes to make it better.

I know all the people here love to eat. So let's here them!

BTW, It's my second favorite fish behind Halibut

Any other real white fish?

I make a ceviche with Mahi Mahi (or Cobia, Tilapia, Tile, Snapper, Grouper, or any other white wish). Pretty easy to make and my wife loves it.

I thinly slice one medium red onion and about four colves of garlic and throw it in a bowl with some chopped fresh cilantro or flat leaf parsely and a few thinly sliced japalenos (if you like things spicy). Then cut your fish (about 1 pound) up into 1/2 inch cubes (need to be pretty small) and throw them in the bowl as well. Cover the whole lot with lime juice (I use the "real lime" juice from a bottle) & stir. Refridgerate for a minimum of 14 hours (stiring once or twice) and then serve it with tortilla chips, salsa, & a good mexican beer (Negro Modello is my favorite).

Did I mention I love to cook?

Thanks Chris – I will give it a shot. I used to love to cook. Now I pretty much just grill and do simple stuff.

Good deal Jack. It's not too difficult to make and it tastes awesome.

I do not. Actually I am one of the few Floridians who hate both fishing and golf
