The official charge of crimes against nature carries a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison. If the person is a repeat offender, the maximum is life in prison.
I guess it doesn't matter if the animal is dead or alive?  Repeat offender-max of life in prison........ Whew, they didn't say much about sheep!! Altghough that might be considered "nature". Uh oh  Can you imagine the stinch of this animal that has laid there for days. I would think that maggots were all in this animal...  I'm going out on a limb here and saying that this guy MIGHT have something mentally wrong with him.........

This is pretty gross. But 15 years in prison?? Murderers get less time. If the dog was alive, I agree. But the dog was dead. He needs to be in a mental hospital. Not in a prison where he'll get worse and then be released back into society
