Man sheds 80 pounds on McDonald's diet

June 20, 2008

QUINTON, Va. – A Virginia man lost about 80 pounds in six months by eating nearly every meal at McDonald's.
Not Big Macs, french fries and chocolate shakes, but salads, wraps and apple dippers without the caramel sauce.
Chris Coleson tipped the scales at 278 pounds in December.
The 5-foot-8 Coleson now weighs 199 pounds and his waist size has dropped from 50 to 36.
The 42-year-old businessman from Quinton says he chose McDonald's because it's convenient.
His inspiration came from his two children and from the story of a blind war veteran who rode a tandem bicycle cross-country.
Coleson says his goal is to get back to the 185 pounds he weighed when he married Tricia Summer. Their 10th anniversary is Saturday.

He probably looks like an emaciated grassman that just came back from living in a swamp for 6 months

Seth: Fogell, this ID says that you're 25 years old. Why wouldn't you just put 21, man?
Fogell: Seth, Seth, Seth. Listen up, ass-face: every day, hundreds of kids go into the liquor store with fake IDs, and every single one says they're 21. Pssh, how many 21 year olds do you think there are in this town? It's called f*cking strategy, alright?

i did eat chicken on occassion...maybe 1 time every 2 or 3 weeks at a chicken hof...dont want to seafood in korea man...it will make you want to yack...and it is prepared in a korean way which makes it even worse...not much of a vegetable man...if you want to prepare food at home in korea it is fricking rape...not cheap at all...5 bucks a day on a meal out at a fast food joint is a lot better than paying double that and having to prepare a meal at home
