Man who killed Malik Sealy jailed again

The guy who killed Malik Sealy in a drunk driving incident, not only was out of jail, but busted again over the weekend in Minneapolis for driving under the influence again. BAL was .21

Glad to know our justice system is at work

Shows you what this country has become....Govt not worried about putting these people away for good after they kill someone, but the govt is worried about people betting online....

This happens to ordinary people everyday here in the state of MD. The fact that it is Malik Sealy doesn't mean shit IMO.

One of my best friends was killed on Easter 1 week before he was to be married by a drunk girl that left a bar who blew a stop sign at 60mph plus and pushed his car over the length of a football field without ever touching the breaks. She wasn't even scratched.

Penalty....6 months in jail and served 2 months because the judge said her kids needed her at home. . What about the baby that was miscarried due to the stress by his fiance?

end of my rant

My point was not because of it being Malik Sealy previously killed, because I know from personal experience the reality of drunk drivers

My Mom's grandparents were both killed by a drunk driver

My point was that is does go on all the time, unforutately there is not enough outrage or action until more publicized cases happen

Im sorry t ohear that for both of you. I have some DWI inflcited hurt as well, and its pretty bad shit.

One of the direct reasons they are so light on DWI's is they are over-crowding jails with (mostly minority) drug offenders who get 5-15 years for their first drug offense while violent offenders (which I would stretch and possibly consider an aggravated DWI offender) get off with real light sentences all the time.

No disrespect intended but I wouldn't recognize Malik Sealy in a crowd

R.I.P. obviously

That being said, zero tolerance for DUI
