But one 16-year-old told The Press newspaper that unfashionable music wouldn't deter them.

"We would just bring a stereo and play it louder," Emma Belcher said.

Lonsdale countered that the city would then hit them with anti-noise laws

Never a fan of his music but ions ago I worked in a high end French restaurant in Fort Lauderdale where he was a regular and have to say he was a good tipper and nice guy and always had hot very hot women eat dinner with him..Lucky bastard.. Always looked at him in a different light after that..

A few years ago 60 minutes did a similar story where 7-11 type stores in Atlanta were playing classical music outside to get rid of loitering teens. Playing Manilow is just cruel.
