someone in your large family has to be able to recommend someone. If not family, then friends or co-workers. You have alot at stake. It obviously sounds like it will be contentious. Get a lawyer. And get a good one.

Evan: What? One name? ONE NAME!?!? Who are you? Seal?
Seth: Fogell, this ID says that you're 25 years old. Why wouldn't you just put 21, man?
Fogell: Seth, Seth, Seth. Listen up, ass-face: every day, hundreds of kids go into the liquor store with fake IDs, and every single one says they're 21. Pssh, how many 21 year olds do you think there are in this town? It's called f*cking strategy, alright?

Ron, was same here, nobody had been through divorce before in my family, my ex's they were pro's! Not going to be easy, but you will make it. Do not be surprised at anything from this point, my biggest weakness was I kept getting shell shocked! Do get a lawyer, but a good one, if nobody knows one, set up appointments and interview 3. If nobody has filed yet, and this is really going to happen, you need to file. Even though it is not you wanting the split maybe, you need to file, ask an attorney why. Your real estate will depend on what was yours before marriage and what acquired after. Depends how yall can just work this out. As stupid as this sounds, there will be hate and anger feelings, but yall will be working together for a long time so if you both realize that you might as well start now. Yall have a child, once you have children its the only part of the vows that dont go away "till death do us part", unless one parent chooses to not be a part of the childs life. Sorry this is all happening, for us that have been through this, we wouldnt wish it on anybody, neither will you! You will make it, and it will get better in time. Money, dont give it all away, you will regret it 5 yrs from now when you completely come to your senses. Also, its only money, you cant take it with you in the end... but you have to take care of yourself, and unfortunately, if divorce is going to happen, you need that mentality. Take care my friend. We are here.
