May short RIMM

RIMM has been recently downgraded and is down over $1 premarket.
Rumors of a MSFT merger are being called no good and candlesticks are showing a negative 'shooting star' pattern.

I like this as a short, preferably on a morning bounce, if the market's down as expected today.
