it is terrible. Only reason the sandwich is popular is the scarcity of it.

Mcdonald's even said it is one of the worst selling sandwiches when they try to keep it full time on their menu

It costs them too much money to keep it on the menu full time.
It sells, but the cost to produce it is much higher than other sandwiches.

If they did it would sell in certain markets VERY, VERY well, others, not so much.

People eat these like no other in the Chicagoland area, trust me.
