Mike Tyson Arrested For Drug Possession
Police: Tyson Fails Sobriety Test Near Phoenix
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- Former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson has been arrested in suburban Phoenix. Police say Tyson was arrested early Friday morning for investigation of driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance. Three officers working on a special DUI task force stopped Tyson after seeing him pull out of a driveway without noting oncoming traffic. They say the boxer almost hit a parked sheriff's car. Tyson failed a field sobriety test. The boxer was taken to the Maricopa County Jail. (according to ESPN Radio, the controlled substance was cocaine).
