Could it be that a lot of voters chose Alyssa Milano because we all somehow know more about her- her personality and character based on her acting, interviews, business dealings, etc. In a way, we kind of grew up with her since she was a child actor.

On the other hand, we really don't know much about Denise Milani because she's an internet model, gaining some notoriety and fame in the past several years, who has had relatively limited exposure in the public eye.

So, notwithstanding looks perhaps a girl's personality has a lot to do with whether we'd want to go to bed with her.
