Been in business for 19 years and today things changed for the better. Ever have a client that thinks they know everything and tell you how to do your job. This guy has been a royal pain in the ass and today he got an ear full. It may have happened because its monday but after 10 years of listening to this guy run his mouth it ended today. The look on his face after I verbally abused him was priceless. Never have I seen a jaw drop so far. Find another person to bitch at.
