basically selling private mortgages/pension and retirement benefit payouts// or any other private note to their investors so they can get rich off you. Sure u get paid a referall fee depending on how much u offer current customer for their payout and how much investor pays, but they are jus using u to find these things so they have a stream of cash coming in for life.
EXAMPLE :
You find a 70 yr old gentleman with a 2500 pension per month from his Ford job of 30 yrs. U get a investor to offer maybe a 10 yr buyout worth 300K for around 175K and offer the current penisioned client a lump sum of 150K right now for next ten years worth of payments. Since he may croak, Ford could go out of business or he could be bound to take this because he may need money for any reason and doesnt want a (mortgage or a reverse mortgage).
Investor takes risk but only around 5yrs worth, and has possibility to make and extra 100K or so over time. You of course can make 25 K or 2-3K if u want and sell it closer to cost.
It works out for pensionee too since if living past 10 years, he once again recieves benefits.
