Fans of the NFL’s Seattle Seahawks love watching the team work hard on the field, and now they can really taste that effort — with a new line of drinks flavoured like sweat and turf. Seattle-based drinks company Jones Soda Co., renowned for grossing out consumers at Thanksgiving with mashed potato and green bean flavoured soft drinks, has come up with a limited edition Seattle Seahawks collector’s pack. The pack includes five bottles of flavoured pop — dirt, sports cream, perspiration, natural field turf and sweet victory. “The flavours . . . pay tribute to the hard work and determination of our players,” said CEO Tod Leiweke. –REUTERS
