In the last 4 months my life has changed big time. I have been accused of murder, my Step mother died of cancer, my dad had a stroke, had to put my favorite dog down and my best friend is in his final stages with cancer. Each and every day I have to challenge myself to continue to move forward. About 2 weeks ago the Police finally caught the person who killed a man on my fathers ranch. For 9 weeks I had federal agents following me everywhere. I live in a very small town so everyone knows me. My life has been turned upside down to say the least. Each and every day is tough but I know God has a plan.
I hold my family close to me now. My sons have been put thru hell dealing with this horrible situation. Now my cousin sits behind bars for murder. I grew up with him so its very hard to understand why he did this. I don't know how to cut and paste but the article is in the Appeal Democrat in a paper in Yuba City Ca and its also in the Colusa Sunhearld. Its going to be a long road for our family. My attorney is telling me this could take up to 2 years. I have been sucked so far into this mess by the Police I now will have to go thru getting ripped apart by my cousins attorney. I have NO criminal record yet the cops still came after me ruining my life. I had to hire an Attorney which has cost me a lot of money. Now that they have evidence against my cousin they now want me to work with them. I have to sit down with these cops at the end of the week and I am not looking forward to it. They have enough evidence to hang my cousin and after the way they have treated my family I am not looking forward to talking with them. 4 months ago FBI, ATF and many cops raided my home. Would you want to talk to them after they destroyed you life ? This case is most likely going to be a death penalty case because my cousin planned this for 8 months. Please pray for my family. My dad has been thru a lot and I am so thankful for the time we have with left with him. After all I have been thru I will NEVER trust a cop again. May God bring peace to all of you and the Ayala family. May Robert now rest in peace knowing justice is going to be served. God bless.

I am going in with my attorney but I sure can't wait to get him off my payroll. Please pray for my family my Dad is not going to last long with what he has been thru. Its horrible and some days I don't even feel like getting out of bed.

Steel, that's a tough road to be on man. Just remember the phrases, "I don't recall exactly," and "I'm really not sure." If you've done nothing wrong you have little to be concerned with legally. The rest of your troubles will pass with time, too. Hoping the best for you, and remember this, you are stronger than you think you are.

Whenever I'm having troubles, I always tell myself that mantra, along with "I'm a winner." The latter usually applying to athletic competition, but if you need a lift give it a try.

Thank you, some days are worse then others. Today I find myself crying. I will never understand the choices people make. My family is my only concern. I am watching my family get ripped apart. I know everything happens for a reason. Thanks for the nice words it means the world in times like this.
