My Grandpa has a Vegas Sportsbook Question

My grandpa and his girfriend are going to be in Vegas superbowl weekend and he was wondering what to say to the to the person behind the ticket window..i told him to tell him/her the rotation # and the $$ u wanna wager..or is there an easier way..he will be staying at the MGM Grand
