My Introduction
Hello All

I have been trolling the forum and reading up on sports/sportsbetting on and off for about a year now. I am a microstakes poker player that is looking to become a sportsbettor. My reasons for becoming a sportsbettor is because I think it requires so many skills, its challenging, rewarding, and fun. I also have a passion for sports, most notably football and the NFL. I follow the NFL way more than I follow college, but I am also a college fan. I have just started following the game seriously about two years ago and I am really getting into it. I only have a small amount of experience in betting football. I have also bet on baseball and basketball, but dont really have many clues on it. I also enjoy watching a little basketball now and then. I am a die hard Philadelphia Eagles and Penn State fan. I have come to the forums looking to learn how to become a better sportsbettor and fan of the game. As well as chatting with fellow sports enthusiasts and meeting new people. I am currently reading articles and am looking to get the Sharp Sports Bettor book soon as I hear good things.

So if anyone has any advice, tips, links, etc on where I can start and continue my education, please feel free to help out. If anyone would like to ever chat about betting, sports, poker, or anything, feel free to PM me here or ...........

My bankroll is very small right now because I have no money. It sits around $100 and my betting units will probably be around $1. I probably wont post any picks for a little while, but will participate. Thanks

Welcome to the mall. The only advice that I can offer you is to never, ever lay heavy chalk. Never bet anything that's -200 or greater. Also, on a related note, never ever tail anyone that uses the alias "French Dip Sandwich".

Another bit of advice, no matter how sweet of a parrot avatar you find, DON'T USE IT, lol. Don't want people to think you're in with the gang of one here
