Yeah, the site is brutally slow today.

Couldn't be WP's followers. Only 3 of them, and they share an Apple IIe and a dial-up modem.

something going on with the way the site is handling traffic at times. Resulting in multiple duplicate posts, as if the post has started processing, stopped and then restarted.

Numerous folks having to delete duplicate posts and experiencing turtle slow data transfer.
