Buy a pound of raw almonds.

Put 320 of them in the oven 350 degrees , 20 min

About 40 per day good to go for the week

Very healthy, good for your skin too.

"Vitamin E helps promote good-looking skin, which is why nuts such as hazelnuts and almonds - which are high in vitamin E are recommended"

"Almonds promote your cardiovascular health by providing 257 mg of potassium and only 0.3 mg of sodium, making almonds an especially good choice to include in your diet"

as listed on World's Healthiest Foods (whfoods.org)
