my nightmare with sportsbook

So heres the senario. A few months back, sportsbook.com sent me a free $20 play. You had to roll it over 30x, and since i didnt care, i doubled up a few times in a row, and before long, had over a grand in my account. Finally, i tried withdrawing $650 dollars. It took about a month, and they told me they had finally sent my money and it would be in my bank account in 5-6 business days. That was on May 10th. Then they told me 10-15. Then they told me they couldnt do bank wires anymore, so theyd give me my cash back and i could withdraw it via check. Heres my last convo with these assholes.

Hello, my name is Joseph McKenzie. How may I help you today?

You: I withdrew money for a wire transfew a long time ago. After weeks of nothing but excuses for you guys, i got told you can no longer accept wire transfers and that the money would be put back in my account so i can withdraw it via check.....its still not in my account. I want an answer why.
Joseph McKenzie: what is the amount?
You: 650.00

You: USD

Joseph McKenzie: You will receive your withdrawal next week.

You: how? via check

Joseph McKenzie: bank wire.

You: i was told a few days ago you couldnt do a bank wire anymore

You: before that, i had been waiting for over a month after i was told 5-7 business days

Joseph McKenzie: The funds were sent before that happened (June 2/3)

You: so youre telling me they are on their way?

You: outta curiosity, how the hell could you see when the funds were sent, yet didnt know how much.....you had to ask me?

You: and why would someone tell me just 3 days ago that the money was being put back in my account. Each time i talk to someone new, its a totally new story

Joseph McKenzie: I first confirmed the amount...

Joseph McKenzie: then checked the withdrawal system for the date the funds were sent.

You: ok. Well i hope youre right. I had an email telling me the funds were sent sometime in the 2nd week of may

You: and it was supposed to be 5-7 business days from there

Joseph McKenzie: I can assure you that you will recieve your funds next week.

You: well, then thanks for your help.

Had 'similar' 'chats' in the past. Seems 'they' have the same 'receptionist' with many different names working at the 'various' sites'...lol...

I had that kind of experience with Sportsinteraction......no longer a problem now that I have Bet Jam. I'm not sure why anyone would play anywhere else.
