MyCitadel (huge problems) anyone??

I deposited 500 bucks a few weeks ago to use at an online book. Only when I went to pay did I find out they and or mycitadel couldnt be used for online gambling sites in canada. (wierd since its a canadian company apparently out in BC)

Anyways so I couldnt cancel my deposit and waited the 4-5 business days for it to be successfully withdraw from my bank account into Mycitadel (wallet) they call it.

I then immediately went to withdraw my funds ($500 cdn) minus the $2 dollar service charge Mycitadel takes for doing business threw them.

That was on January the 18th.

It is now January 29th and the money is NOT back into my bank account.

Worse yet they have the WORST customer support ive ever seen. They do not have a 1800 number or ANY number anymore to contact them directly and I now know why. It all leads you to emailing them threw their support email. Once u email them they send u back an auto reply saying average turnaround is 24 hours for a reply. Guess how many replys I have gotten back?

0. They refuse to answer me or to give me back my money even though I paid them their 2 dollars and my $498 dollars is not there to be used.. Now well over 10 business days and the money is not into my account and Customer support REFUSES to answer or even acknoledge me.

This company must be getting ready to fold?? any thoughts or own experiences as of recently with this broker?

That blows....Not being familiar with the Canadian ways and their stance on the online books, I'm not sure what to say.....but, I would only use books that we use as a sponsor or are well known. Good luck with getting your money back....might be a 500 lesson.
