Nebraska becomes the first to be booted from AAU

American Association of Universities has finally booted Nebraska from their association.

This is the first time it has happened since this was first organized in something lkike 1908.
They tried to boot Neb 10 years ago but failed.

Being a member of this association was one of the big factors in Neb getting the invite to the Big 10.

Now that they have failed to keep this academic membership ( I believe 62 universities belong to it ) , would it not be So funny to see the Big 10 drop them ?
