need help with HW involving STOCKS

this is the problem (which i procrastinated to death)

You have $10K and $100K

on JAN 29 you: 1) invest in 5 stocks 2) Invest in 5 comodities

Youl will keep and daily record of and graph stock and commoditie price
You will keep a record of your transactions of buy, sell, trade, etc

You will sell on Mar 2nd before closing
You will pay all your transaction fees

What is your outcome for $10K transactions, cost, benefit

What is your outcome for the $100K transactions, cost, benefit

Of course i have not done any of this and dont know where to compile all this informations from months ago...i need help with finding that

Also, need help with everything else....PLease HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

Just pick out 5 random stocks and enter the ticker symbol into Yahoo. On the left hand side just select "historical prices" and enter in Jan 29 to Mar 2. Easy stuff.

I'm not sure about commodities.

Commodities are tough to track without a Bloomberg terminal.
