need some help from the mall, asap

here is my dilemna...i usually bet with sportsbetting.com and make deposits with my visa check card, it always declines online but when i call them they do their shady magic and get it approved. Their lines have been down all week which is sketchy for one but is also preventing me from betting. Anyone know any good online books where I can create an account and make a deposit with my check card immediatley so I can bet tonights game without having to fax over my drivers license and jump through a bunch of hoops? any help is appreciated.

betjam had me fax,scan,photocopy and STILL after two days couldnt take the money from my account for every reason under the sun. first my photocopy of my cardf and license was too light in the fax, then too dark, and there was no just right. i paid $25 to scan my shit to them because my scanner in my office was down that day. they got it and said they couldnt read the signature on my card? paid another $25...."we still cant see it" so after $50 wasted i gave up on them.
short story long....if you have commerce bank its not gonna go through online
