Needing alittle help

Having alittle trouble (replying/quote)to other capper's post's.
no matter which way I do this,when I go back to preview my
thread under whom I tried to communicate to,I don't see my
reply up under other capper's replies.I can see it if I click on at
the very top page where it show's all responses,but I only see mine.
That's the only way that the other capper can see my reply!
Hope someone can make since of this & can respond.
