Neteller Help

i just set up a neteller account...after about 3 hours of screwing around with it, i was finally able to log in...now when i log in the first thing i see is depositing funds...i see nothing about account information or anything like that...what am i suppose to be seeing when i first sign in? also, how do i get a neteller atm card? these sites are so user unfriendly...they have no phone number to get in touch with them, and their live chat is down and also their time in response to emails blows...it has been 8 hours and no email reply yet...any help would be appreciated

Once you sign in with your Account ID, Secure ID and password, there is a big blue button in the upper left hand corner of the page that says "ACCOUNT". Just below that is a link to get infromation about a Neteller ATM card.

thanx...but the only thing i see is about deposit methods...must i have funds in my account before i can view my account information? i cannot go any further than the deposit method page

I don't know. It has been so long since I opened my account I do not remember the procedure but the screens that I described above is what I see. Maybe you have to fund your account in order for there be any account info for you to see. That actually makes sense.

actually that site is user friendly, you are just impatient. Live chat is 24/7 sometimes you have to play around with it to see the chat icon. Also you must have made some sort of transactions in order for there to actually be any valid info in the account information. Plus i dont get how you cannot find phone numbers. There is the "Help" icon. Don't know how it cannot be anymore clearer than that.

Rio, you cant do anything until you get a e-mail. One of my friends had to go through this a couple weeks ago. It was like jumping through hoops to get going. He finally had to call them

oh now i remember. In order to activate your account you must receive a phone call. Now if you want to start using instacash neteller will withdrew a certain amount under $1 and you must wait i'm not so sure how long and when you see that specific amount deducated you than enter it somewhere on your neteller account to start using Instacash.

i guess i am impatient...just pissed off right now because the only poker account i have money in has been down for 16 hours now...so i am irritated...so what about if i transfer funds from a merchant? are there any procedures i have to go through? that is how i will fund neteller

there shouldn't be a problem with that. How long have you had a neteller account?

i finally got live chat to work...they told me to call them to activate it...so i guess things are coming together and i am understand this a bit more now

yeah, call them, they will activate it than things should be moving from there. If you plan on using Instacash, again i mentioned you gotta wait as it doesn't immediately work as you will have to go through some procedures. But once you get the ball rolling things should be very easy. Just remember. Your account can go into negative digits.
