Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the word is it could be up to 6 months before anyone gets their money.

Everyone will get their money, but I am sceptical about the future of Nuteller!
The big losers will be the stockholders and the employees...

Its going to be a hole lot longer. I have been e-mailing back and forth with them. They answer all my e-mails all explaining why they can't get my money back to me. The last e-mail I sent them I said if you can't get my money back to me in a reasonible amount of time you should pay me interest. They e-mailed me back and said per their agreement with their customers there is no specific amount of time set in which to get your money to you. Horse Poop

Dave I would not touch them especially now. There are better options out there as I'm sure you know.
