Netflix slightly going ahead of the times.
Blockbuster...how they remain in biz with that large overhead baffles me. |

I never rent at the store, PPV or watch online and don't plan to in the future. The reason is I keep/collect most of the DVDs I buy.
If it means for me to buy used DVDs because they won't release them in that format anymore then I will. I will not buy them at Blockbuster or Rogers because their previously viewed DVDs are sealed and I cannot see the condition of the disc, They tell me "It's guaranteed to play or bring them back at no hassle"...I prefer the smaller shop and pay a dollar more for no scratches or fingerprints. Thank You. Walmart sells alot of new DVDs and even Blue Rays at a lesser price than used ones!!! But I'm not interested in most, if not all of them. I know NetFlix will be successful by going avant-garde cuz that's what joe public wants. |

love netflix.......blockbuster just closed its last store in this area, few years ago they had over 20 locations
