If customer service is important and fair bonuses go with Jamaica
If low juice is important go with Pinny
If security is important go with Cris or Greek
Bodog is good sometimes but not as your only book.
Like 5dimes too
Split ur money in to 4-5 books

get a neteller account. pretty much most of the books use neteller and its all instant transfers.

I have had 3 withdraws this last month and they were deposited back into my bank account by the next day.....They are great! and the customer services is hard to beat!
