i said something similar to this in another thread...i don't condone dog fighting by any means...it is disgusting...i also don't believe in hunting for sport either...just because dogs are domesticated is what gives grounds for such an act to be illegal...and vice versa for the legality of killing off deer...either both should be illegal or both should be legal...i for one would say both should be illegal

and that is my point...just because of the domestication of the animal it is wrong to kill it...it is an animal as is a deer, but killing a deer can be seen as okay under the right circumstances...but a dog never...all animals should be treated the same and spared their lives from people who want to go out and kill for sport

whether you agree with the sport of hunting is one thing

but killing an animal for food is never wrong

I think you could make a better case for a parallel with the mistreatment of animals raised in awful conditions for slaughter like in some cattle and chicken farms

it has little to do with a monetary need for putting "food on the table" as you put it

it is called being a sovereign member of this planet and exercising that right

or in lamens able to live off the earth without the help of others

can you imagine what most of us would do without supermarkets

in many ways we have ceased to evolve because of depending on our society

it all started with the agricultural evolution, groups survived because of the ability of a few men to control masses.

you could have been a super athlete, more intelligent than the majority but if you didnt want to abide to a few rules an werent part of the "group" that conquered land and subsequently farm land

you died.

If you are at all interested in this read about memetic theory vs genetic theory

it rules our world the "meme", and it doesnt reward indivduals unless it also benefits the meme

if you are implying they leave the deer to die without eating it, I dont condone that

but that is another story entirely

Has anyone heard of anything about tax evasion in this case? I might be wrong but if part of this was also running a gambling syndication wouldn't there also be hidden monetary gains that came from it for Vick, which I highly doubt he would of reported, lol!
