New forum section. yes/no?

I had been thinking about this, it is up to dr. jack to say if its worth it.

how about adding a sub section here under the "welcome forums" where noobs can post or ask questions about posting, rules, how to use the forum, etc?

how many times we see threads hijacked or interrupted with people (old posters as well as new ones) asking how to post picture, or embed a youtube video?

there are things that are obvious to a lot of us but are not as clear for others.
It could be a help section or a FAQ section.

If not a section maybe an ongoing thread on main street?

I think it`s a great idea! Even some of us that have been around for a while will have questions. I know I will.
