Gentlemen,

It appears that Comcast recently did a network upgrade and are now having problems with packet loss, i.e. the information sent back and forth with sites located in Jamaica. Therefore explaining why 2% of our clients login information has been failing for Comcast or sub-Comcast users.

Because of their delay in repairing the issue for our local ISP CW (Cable&Wireless) here in Jamaica we are currently setting up a special server to bypass the issue all together via satellite. We will have that alternate server link available asap. We greatly apologize for the inconvenience however this type of packet loss issue is highly unusual occurrence and we can no longer wait for our local ISP CW and Comcast to resolve their current technical problem.

Meanwhile if you don't mind a brief band-aid exercise to by-pass the Comcast/Cable&Wireless problem you can do the following.

1.) Please go to http://trafa.com/proxy/nph-proxy.cgi...etjamaica.com/ It is slow so be patient but it does work.

We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience. Everything should be smooth as glass for 100% of our client prior to today's kick-off.
