New Workout Supplements

What y'all got for me? I know some of you are in the know when it comes to breakthrough goods. Anything good out there now that I should know about? Keep the steroid talk for later when Trossi asks for it. Thanks -Cat

actually reading up on Phenibut Powder. Sounds a lot like what Wellbutrin does. Anyone take this or hear about it? Could be good for focus.

WHey Protein is about the only thing I religiously take. I have been on Creatine on and off but it always come back to protein. I am trying to get my weight up to 225 and that is as far as I want to go. I started eating a lot fish and tuna lately and it seems to help.

Tuna is the best, 33 grams of protein in one can, plus Omega 3s

I have taken it before, it has WAY too much fat in it and not enough protein. Plus for the protein %, it is expensive. It does taste every good though.
