New Year Brings Good News For US Online Gamblers

As 2008 begins, it seems there is light at the end of the tunnel for many US gamblers as blogs show many loopholes in anti-gambling law.

Two blogs which have been running since 2006 are continuing to show US based gamblers and poker players that is totally simple and legal to continue gambling online in the US, even though the UIGEA seemed to have made it illegal.

unitedstatesofpoker.blogspot.com and uscasinos.blogspot.com
have been showing US citizens throughout all of last year the loopholes which have kept the majority of US based players able to continue in online gambling activities.

The blogs are packed full of information to help gamblers, such as the important questions of how it is possible to fund an online gambling or poker account with money, without breaking the law. Once this is achieved then it is easy to play at almost any site which still accepts US based players.

The Unlawful Internet Gambling
Enforcement Act, which is the legislation that looked to have ruined many people's hobby in October 2006, bans financial institutions from conducting transactions with gambling or poker sites. This stopped many people from gambling initially as they could not use their credit cards any more to deposit on a site.

However, using an eWallet, similar to PayPal, but for the purpose of gambling, one could easily deposit money, 100% legally into their casino or poker account.

The two blogs at unitedstatesofpoker.blogspot.com and uscasinos.blogspot.com both explain how to do to this with ease and in a matter of minutes, so players can be playing their favorite slot, poker or casino games quickly and with the minimum of fuss.

Unfortunately some sites have had to stop accepting US based players, such as Party Poker and others, but there is still a huge number of rooms prepared to accept the US market, and both the blogs have a complete list of sites accepting US based players. This is an invaluable tool for the US based player.

Now as more and more Americans return to the online gambling fold it is surely only a matter of time before the UIGEA is renounced as it is now almost a wholly redundant piece of legislation which has done nothing to stop gambling in the US.

If you are a US citizen who has not gambled since the UIGEA visit these sites now to see how easy it is to legally continue your hobby online.
