Rather not talk about it.....Yep he was an amazing mountaineer. After being the first person to scale Everest, he did alot of work in Nepal helping the people, the country wouldn't be what it is today without him. He lived on the edge had many lucky escapes.
When he passed away earlier this year the respect given to him from the people from Nepal and other places was incredible.

Not sure who he replaced but he has always been on the $5 note....since they changed the note style about 7 years ago.
Hopefully he stays on for a long time.....you can talk about celebrities like movie stars, sports people all u want.....but for me the true celebrities are those who significant positive difference to the World like he did.

yeah it seems he made a big impact and not through the outlet of entertainment that usually catapults people into celbrity status

actually played it a few weeks ago, the rough is insane. i tried pitching out sideways from it to the fairway and i barely got it out a few times...course is very tough, but the conditions right now are fairly easier than the usga wants. course is a little bit soft and apparently they would like the rough a little longer...weather should be good so i would expect the course to firm up by the weekend
