Those scandinavian countries are always up there: happiest, best place to live etc, but Ive met a lot of them and they dont have much of a sense of humour I find.

this is a bullshit list, bias and criteria isnt apples apples to apples

quality of life cant be measured without cultural bias. and efficient government spending (becomes next to impossible with a larger population). Its also helps tremendously when you have a "tribe" of one people. Much easier to live for the good of all (universal healthcare & education systems) and much easier to have consensus thought. Hence finland, at the top and the rest.

The #1 and #2 respectively, that are mulicultural, and vast land and populations to keep under control

are Canada and the USA, and I still believe id rather live in the US personally, for if nothing more, although theres more IMO, but for the weather.
