NFL is feeling the pain

Now that the NFL is loosing money, they are trying to recover and change things up. If the people don't fall for there BS, they will continue to lose there ass and the players salary with be affected. If it continues, they may be getting paid like the average American and have a reality check. At that point, a family would be able to afford to go see a game with blowing the rent for next month. I have been a huge football fan, especially NFL since I was a kid. After this, I have cancelled my NFL Sunday ticket which I have had for over 15 years and have had Sundays free. It sucked at first but have got my football fix on Saturdays now and have more time with family and get things done on Sundays. It will take a lot for the NFL to get me back at this point. Disrespecting our country, taking politics to the field, and breaking there own rules which are not enforced. Maybe fishing on Sundays is a better way. Would like to hear others thoughts.

I will never quit watching or betting NFL pretty much even if they named it the black power league and there is no way this is gonna "ruin" the league long term but right now all this is undoubtedly not a good look for the NFL or good for business. Anyone who thinks otherwise is just clueless. People who quit watching cuz of the protests or blacks who quit watching cuz kap isn't signed are ridiculous.

This will all pass in time, but it's a problem. Not the end of the world, but it's obviously a problem. People are too busy choosing a side and wanting to be heroes to just be fucking honest about it all. You can be pissed about the kneeling and not be a racist, and you can also be black and not have to automatically side with the kneelers. The NFL players cry about division and then all go out and do something they know is gonna divide. Whites cry about disrespecting the flag, then quit watching their favorite sport cuz of it.

It's all just so fucking ridiculous. Everyone needs to take a deep breath and get over themselves

The kneeling wont stop me from watching either. I really don't give a shit. I just laugh at these clowns that are now doing it after Trump and act like they care.

I will say though, right or wrong and not taking sides, there are millions turned off by this and they have turned their back on the NFL. That is a problem for the NFL, its ratings, and sponsors.

I'd be more concerned the President of the United States not knowing he is the President of the US Virgin Islands. Just saying..

Does that concern you more or less than Obama thinking there are 58 states?

I thought he said 57 states.

But regardless, I don't think Trump is nearly as intelligent as Obama.

he said he had been to 57 states and had 1 more to go. 57 + 1= thus he thinks there are 58

Trump didn't give Iran 400 million to build nukes so he is more intelligent in my books.

as for the protests, they often say, the reason for the protests is lost on the fact people are upset about the flag

no dipshits, the entire protest is stupid, there is no fucking racial bias in police killings

"raycis cops" protests are dumb

then more players piled on with fake rage, after trumps opinion went viral, how gay

You wont find many so upset about it all, they wont watch here. I mean this is a sports gambling forum

but theres a segment of the population, not watching

and thats not fucking social justice warriors on the right, lol, thats people, boycotting

I dont see anyone making emotional appeals, and calling for EVERYBODY to follow suit

this is what social justice warriors do, they say It upsets me, so you all cant partake in it

big difference
