No alcohol in Minnesota

From Adam Shefter
Wonder how this will go over: Vikings and Univ of Minnesota have agreed no alcoholic beverages will be served at Monday night's game.

Sounds great, minus 20 degrees, no beer & watch the Vikings play. It's like hitting the trifecta

Lol, I guess they don't want to make money, but who does, a stupid idea if I've ever heard of one.

They can't sell alcohol at the stadium because the legislature decided
that because it's a college campus, that no alcohol will be served

They were going to sell it in select seats for the Gophers but thought that was unfair, so they said none at all

Funny thing is it sounds like there is more demand because it's outside now than if it was inside

Part is because there's about 16,000 less seats, but alot of other people calling to see if there are tickets available

We love our cold
