No justice

Its a phucked up feeling to go to court to begin with. Its even worse when the cop stands up and tells lies to the judge. And even worse is when the judge listens to the cop as if he is god. Needless to say this gives me yet another reason to say that I dislike cops. Phucken took an oath and lied in the court room Not once but twice. Some cops are real tools and this cop was a first class phuck up. First ticket I have been given in 18 years.

Only real chance of winning in traffic court is if the cop doesn't show up. When they show up, just pull out the checkbook and start writing. Unless you get a real liberal judge, you are generally fuked when the cops show....

Pretty sad that a cop has to tell lies to win a case. And we pay this phuck ups salary. I phucken hate cops. I guess it was worth $233 to tell him off AFTER he wrote a bogus ticket. Trust me BP this cop was out of line. He wrote a ticket to my neighbor for playing his music to loud. A real phucken barny fiff winner here.

radar tickets can be beaten. However if it is a laser, then you are done. Unless the cop does not show.

Seth: Fogell, this ID says that you're 25 years old. Why wouldn't you just put 21, man?
Fogell: Seth, Seth, Seth. Listen up, ass-face: every day, hundreds of kids go into the liquor store with fake IDs, and every single one says they're 21. Pssh, how many 21 year olds do you think there are in this town? It's called f*cking strategy, alright?

Here's how I get even Steel. If I get a ticket I don't think I deserve for the next year the police organizations I donate to don't get there donation. And when they call I let them know why. This way I'm really not out anything but the tax deduction. Makes me feel better to know that there is at least some small way I can fight back.

Sorry for the confusion. The same cop in the small town I live in wrote my neighbor for to loud of music. He gave an elderly gentlmen a ticket for an illegal lane change and driving to slow. Not all cops are like this but this guy let his gun and badge go to his head. He won't last long in this small town.

The best way to fight tickets is too ask for continuances and make him show up again and again...then demand a jury trial...cost you a bunch of money but nothing irritates cops more then going to court for bullcrap

In California, you do not have those luxuries. You cannot ask for a jury trial. You cannot even get a Judge. Your case is heard by a "Commisssioner" or a "Judge Pro Tem". If you fight your case and lose, you pay a huge court cost fee.

Guys, try thinking this one out. Cities and towns need money. They cannot add extra taxes on, so they do the next best thing. They order their law enforcement offficers to write as many citations as they can. The fact of the matter is that most people commit at least one traffic violation every time they drive. This is a very good money maker for cities and towns who need every dollar they can get. Prepare yourself for more of this.

Its phucken BS and I am going to do what Mark does. I donate a pig to the fire department each and every year. This year they get no pig. As a matter of fact they are never getting a pig from me ever again. When jeff comes up and asks for his pig I will tell him to go get one from the Police department. I got pulled over on a foggy night for not stopping at a stop sign. I stopped but it was my word against the cops. I learned a lesson, the cops are always right even if they are phuck ups in real life.

Telling them to get a pig from the police department. Kinda ironic don't you think.
