Note to Forum MODs on DadAph's conduct
Ostensibly something was mentioned to DadAph regarding his conduct on these forums.
Again, I've stated quite a definitive case on the USS Liberty murders ...and FURTHERMORE, provided The Government of Israel's own documentary evidence which proves "gun camera" photo doctoring. These two screamed "antisemite" or "hater"... ...and then fled from discussion of the evidence I presented. They had their bite at the apple multiple times,Trossi---they did not want to deal with the topic in an "intellectually honest fashion Now DadAph is either ignoring or playing games with the admonition you sent to him in an e-mail I want a Political Forum to be "informative" ...not a propoganda forum.."politic" meant "citizen" in Greek , I believe. I've fled from no words in my own postings. I've used no profanity.I've avoided no issues. I've dealt with every serious posting in an "intellectually honest" fashion...and yet, I got screamed at as being an "antisemite" The CIA Director's statement that a CIA Board Of Inquiry was possessed of a "finding" that Israel knew they were attacking Americans... ...coupled with TWO doctored gun camera photos produced by the Governmnet of Israel itself.......has not in any substantive matter bean dealt with by DadAph nor Keith. This ostensibly was some of the conduct that closed a thread DadAph made good on his threats to you MODs to shut me up by lengthy postings...he is now resorting to the same behavior. I'd ask now that they be told to stay off the threads I start myself.... OR perhaps....be restrained by the MODs from posting on the USS Liberty without first admitting Israel doctored evidence and told multiple lies... ..or in the alternative, even maybe.... that the moderation for the Political Forum carries with it the stipulation...for further discussion...1)that the crew of the USS Liberty was murdered on June 8, 1967... 2) by criminal elements in our own government AS WELL AS the Government of Israel...and that .... 3)this treason/act of war has continued at least till May 15, 2006 when the SecArmy disobeyed the law and refused to investigate the War Crimes Complaint. I'm not a MOD and I'm sure some of this is new territory to you and HoosierCatDady, also...but I want to move forward IN THE ABSENCE OF ANY delay/footdragging tactics employed by these two Again, Politics is meant to "inform"... DadAph and Keith have no intent other than to footdrag to the best they can to prevent this from happening... ..their repeated refusal to address the "photo doctoring" in any substantive fashion after screaming "hater" or "antisemite" should provide... ..sufficient predicate for some kind of action by the Political Forum Mods on this topic. Whatever admonition was dealt out to DadAph is either being "ignored" or he is playing a game of semantics with the MODs actual intent in the e-mail sent to him. I've mailed this posting to Dr. Jack. They have both used profanity...Keith has threatened me with the offer of actually fighting. They have posted lengthy articles by those they know who are liars...and they have failed to substantively deal with the doctoring of evidence. Trossi....."innocent people don't need to doctor evidence",as stated by another..This was "murder".. Let's stipulate to that and move forward to a discussion of 9/11 I provided EVERY OPPORTUNITY to discuss the merits of this topic...ALL, including Keith , DadAph and the CM neoocons refused ...and yet now...DadAph now resorts to the same "footdragging" tactics. This is Dr. Jack's Forum... It was The Judge himself who stated I engaged in no conduct worthy of being banned...even after you, Trossi had chimed in. I'm aware of your political leanings, Trossi... I don't have a problem with them. I'd like to discuss them in a fair-minded fashion But you yourself were going to "run interference" for Keith intially when he tried to manipulate you into closing the thread by excessive use of profanity--an old pro-Zionist trick on the Internet Forums But now , due to dadAph's conduct...we re-vist an issue less than a week after you had ostensibly disposed of it. Trossi... I now ask you again as I asked you on the $500 challenge... I want to move forward on this topic and move to the 9/11 attacks ...your political leanings MUST HAVE the substance of wanting the truth of an issue to be told...otherwise what kind of an individual are you? ..and on Dr. Jack's Forum???..what kind of reflection would that be on him. STATE now FOR FUTURE DISCUSSION, Trossi....Israel doctored BOTH OF THOSE gun camera photos... Just as The Judge felt the need to tell Keith...when Keith tried to manipulate him....that I had engaged in nothing that merited being "banned" ...would you now please do the same or figure out an alternative solution on your own to move this topic forward to where those TRULY intersted in "intellectually honest debate" can do so in an unfetterred fashion???..... Answer the question I first gave in reply to you...Israel TWICE doctored evidence,buddy...until you do--either of these TWO won't stop---they don't care about bringing justice to the murderers of their fellow Americans... ...they don't care about Dr. Jack...and they don't care about the position that they themselves placed YOU in [/COLOR]..and please also,-----in private, re-clarify to dadAph whatever it was in the way of admonishment that you mentioned in the e-mail you sent. He has no intention of abiding by whatever was said This is the FIRST TIME I've ever barked to the MODs,Trossi ...but I spit the truth.... It was however you,Trossi, and Keith who barked to Dr. Jack about me engaging in personal name calling from almost DAY ONE...and Trossi--that was a lie... ..when it came to hyperlinking Dr. Jack to even one profane comment....you could not do it. In light of The Judge's statement then, Trossi... I'm asking who of the three of us should be banned... I'm not asking for you to comment publicly,guy! .... but the answer should be clear to a fair-minded individual and member of Dr. Jack's community who just happens to have opposing political beliefs. ..and it is that kind of individual that I am hoping I'm making this appeal to. [B]I'd like to be given the opportunity to debate[/B]---but not be subjected to "intentional interference" by tactics the pro-Zionists use in other forums... In The Interests Of Fairness
on Saturday I indicated that I had made my last post in the poltical forum. I lied. THIS will be my last post.
Kahlmyishmael has engaged in bullying and baiting tactics since the very beginning of his stint here. He refuses to accept that there may be a differing viewpoint with regard to the USS Liberty incident. He ignores the fact that every single investigation of the incident by the US Congress (at least 6 of them) reached the same conclusion, to wit: that the event was an unfortunate accident. Yet, he continues to go back to it. But that is not what this post is about. Let's briefly re-visit just some of Kahlmyishmael's greatest hits: 1) He claimed that both the United States and Israel had advance knowledge of the 9/11 attacks, and sat back and permitted them to occur; 2) When challenged on that contemptable claim, he began to use name-calling and baiting in his comments to me. Specifically, in an effort to imply I was a pu*sy like the French, he began using the term "Keith fries". He further set out to imply that I was a homosexual, by using a "thhh" lisp when mimicing my words; 3) Since I am Jewish, he automatically labeled me a "Zionist", then proceeded to make various claims such as that I along with the other Zionists "control the media." It is an anti-semitic statement. It was when Mel Gibson made it, and it is here. He thinks that by substituting the word "Zionist" for the word "Jews" he can say whatever he wants, without fear of recrimination; 4) He actually said that he was glad that jonnyblaze was going to lose his money on deposit with WWTS (this of course was said because jonnyblaze had previously disagreed with him politically); 5) This Saturday he crossed the boundaries of decency altogether, when he accused me of being a traitor to the United States, and of having "danced with glee" over the 9/11 attacks (as many of you know, I am here in NY. I lived through the attacks. I lost a client and a high school friend in these attacks). Frankly I could not think of a harsher insult. In addition to myself and jonnyblaze, he has insulted various other members of Cappersmall including, at various different times: Trossi, Romanowski, DadAph, etc... He's even insulted mtrctypimp ! After I posted an apology to him and the forum last week for having allowed myself to have fallen into the trap, and allowing him to bait me into the name-calling which I did respond with, did he let it go ? No he did not. He chose to ratchet things up another notch or two. Unfortunately, he became even more emboldened by what he perceived as a "free pass" from the Judge. I have a significant amount of respect for Gregg (the Judge) but I believe that he may not have been aware of what was going on here over the past couple of months. Rightly or wrongly, he has tried to assume control of the dialogue in this political forum. He should not be permitted to do so. His baiting and bullying, coupled with his blatant innuendos (and at least one anti-semitic statement) should not be tolerated. I know I will no longer participate in any further discussion in this political forum. If the powers that be here at cappersmall wish to cede control of this political forum to kahlmyishmael, then I certainly can do nothing about that. But that would be a shame if it were to occur. I thank you for your time in reading thiis brief response. I do not have the time to hyperlink each and every one of his statements as listed above. But each and everyone of them did in fact happen. There will be no further response from me on this subject.

Kahlmyishmael, let's pretend for a moment that anyone actually cares about what you have to say and allow me to ask a few questions.
Do you really believe that you constant badgering and insistence that you are right about every topic that comes up for discussion is a proper way to debate an issue? Do you for one minute believe that baiting Trossi is going to somehow gain you favor around here? Have you even attempted to read your own posts after you have typed them to see if they are intelligible? What do you hope to gain by your very annoying tactics? What gives you the idea that this forum exists to provide you with a channel for “free, unfettered debate”? If I say that I believe your theory on the USS Liberty incident will you let it drop it once and for all? Do you have any friends? Are they still alive or did they take the easy way out rather than having to endure your constant barrage of nonsense? I truly regret having ever responded to a single one of your posts as you have clearly mistaken my perspective to be one of championing your various causes. I assure you that nothing could be further from the truth as my real sense is that your rants seem to me like incessant babble with no coherent thought process. I believe that everyone is entitled to their opinion and mine is that you sir, have some serious emotional issues and I for one am tired of tolerating them. Let it go or just go away.
