Nucharge & Bodog Deposit = A+

My deposit was so easy. It took five minutes. It is a phone card that you purchase with a Visa or MasterCard and they convert it into your gambling account. I purshase a 200.00 one it cost me six bucks. Why haven't Bet jam and The Greek come up with this?

Here is a portion of what Bodog sent out to affiliates today:

***

As I am sure you are well aware, there have been many changes in the landscape of the industry over the past few weeks. Bodog is still committed to providing you and your players with a range of deposit options that offer flexibility, convenience and choice.

Over the years we were able to keep our deposit and withdrawal transaction costs extremely low and pass the savings on to our players in the form of reload bonuses. The unfortunate events of last week mean those low-cost providers have left the US market and the options that remain are expensive, labor intensive or both. It was a very tough decision to make, but rather than pass on the higher fees to our players, we have decided to remove reload bonuses while continuing to offer free deposits and withdrawals. We will continue to monitor the situation and add new payment solutions to make the process easier and faster.

Please Update Your Site

Effective Monday, January 29th we will be making the following changes to our bonus structure, and ask that you update your website and newsletters asap to reduce customer confusion:

Remove mention of reload bonuses
Change Refer a Friend bonus from 40% to 20% with a max bonus of $100 (from $200)
The Signup bonus will remain at 10% with a max bonus of $1000.00 (roll-over will remain the same)
We will continue to have free deposit and withdrawal options for players
Going Forward

We will continue to offer comps for casino play, rebates in the Racebook, Poker Points and overlays in the poker room and we will also be lowering the thresholds where fees are covered for many of the deposit and withdrawal options.

Our customer service is still the best in the industry and we continue to have the high standards of answering customer emails in 15 minutes and not having customers wait on hold – even during these busy times.

***

The rest of the email was just about affiliate commissions. Bottom line is, Bodog seems to be adjusting to the Neteller fallout by changing around their business structure a little. It sucks to lose reload bonuses but at least they are finding new ways to transfer money (NuCharge). Sounds like they are working on new payout methods too.

We all know that its getting very difficult for sportsbooks to make money ... and remember that calvin ayre worked briefly at a company in seattle where he stole a lot of money! and thats how that lil son of a farmer created bodog!
