Great question. I want to believe he never took roids, but who can you believe anymore? I do feel that Manny scared the piss out of pitchers and that gave Papi opportunities. Papi goes down with a wrist injury last year and hasn't been the same. I believe it has become mental with him now.

wrist inujuries are no joke in baseball, strong wrists is what seperates great players from average hitters. but how is he still not healthy.

hitting is seriously like 75% mental. hardest thing to do in baseball is break out of a slump.

He's getting old too.

Remember he's probably goes up to the plate like damn I haven't hit a homer, then he swings and misses and he can't break that. He'll hit homers, but his days as a Homerun hitter are over.
