how do the cubs have value at 10 to 1? they never even make the playoffs , let alone the world series. there still the cubs!

Arizona is LOADED with pitching and i think BY FAR & AWAY the best value at 30 to 1 !!! LA is going to be really solid with Torre , he fits out there perfect!
