8 years is not enough time.
19 DUIs (which means he drives drunk ALL the time, if he has been caught 19 times). This guy is an innocent fatality waiting to happen. Surely he doesn't have to kill someone first before he gets the message.

What Im wondering is what has taken this guy so long to be locked up, I mean 19, were talking about 19 DUI's. HOW DO YOU GET CAUGHT 19 TIMESS?!?! He must drive drunk EVERYDAY. How this guy has not hurt anyone is beyond me. He shouldnt be put in jail they should cut off his hands and feet so he is incapable of driving.
