Ok everybody....how about a little
Meet and greet....you know a little i get to know you get to know me? Sounds fun huh?
Well its that time of year again....time to train which of course means eating un Godly amounts of food, turning my body into a pin cushion and spending 5+ hours in the gym a day. I hurt my back a few months ago (that'll teach to try to squat the WHOLE bar without a spot) and basically have just been healing. At 30 i don't compete anymore....i train for the pure and simple pleasure i get from my annual visit to the Jewish nursing home on the corner. Ahh yes....the wide eyes and screams of glee as i power squat up and down the side walk proudly displaying my neo-nazi tattoos in nothing more than a yellow polka dot speedo. Ahh good times....
