How is 'it' insured...???...and by whom...???...almost 'sounds' like a very real 'SCAM'...lol....and much easier than a pyramid scam.....or a piece of an oil rig patch in a swamp...lol....etc.....

it is a legit bank..the 2nd biggest bank in cyprus

but doesnt matter anyway...even if you have a bank account in another country, neteller won't let you use it unless you have residency in that given country
