Online casino question?

Ok so I took a free no deposit promo of 30$ at a fairly respectable book Id say, it said the max cashout possible would be 200$. So Im over 200$ and I want to cash out obviously. Now it says in the terms and cond, (Ive filled all the other terms and conditions)that I have to deposit 50$ in order to be able to withdraw my winnings, but then that 50$ would be tied with certain requirements as it'd instantly come with a bonus...But, the online support guy said I can block the bonus. So in essense Id send 50$ and get it right back. How does this make sense? I told them it seems like a waste of time, why not just send the 200$ instead of me sending 50$ and then asking them to send me 250$. All they ever reply is thats the terms and conditions... Or is this whole thing a bit shady? Anybody ever go through something like this?

Eleven, it looks like you are going to have to jump through a few hoops to cash out. You're playing with free money so as long as it is indeed a "respectable book", you might want to play along but that is obviously your decision to make.
